Welcome to the kickoff edition of our quarterly updates! We’re going to do our best to keep these short and sweet while at the same time, giving you the latest and greatest we have going on at Decipher.

2008 is a big year for Decipher as we unveil an important strategy shift into Market Research Software. We’ll continue to offer full service online data collection, the core of our expertise and business, but we will also offer software solutions that meet needs in the marketplace. With our unique blend of research and technology experience, this is a natural progression for our business.

We have always been a client-driven company and our shift into software development is in response to your growing needs. You've asked us to provide more support and services that will free up your valuable time. We're listening and we're evolving our business for you. The evolution starts with your guidance, but it also takes two other very important requirements.

First, the technologies have to be ready for a true production environment. We have to be confident that our technology is stable, robust and totally secure before it is released. Second, we have to be able to provide 100% support for our software and services. We won't provide a new product or service until we are sure both criteria are met without exception.

Our software solutions revolve around a toolbox of services meant to free you and your staff from low-value, day-to-day tasks. Our first release in 2008 is the re-launch of our reporting portal! Decipher’s online reporting environment is designed to provide quick and easy real-time access to all survey information via a secure portal. As those of you already using our portal know, from the second a survey goes “live”, users have a variety of viewing, customizing and downloading capabilities. Our portal re-launch expands on these capabilities by offering the following enhancements:

• Improved usability via a drag & drop interface
• New functionality (such as folder creating, folder sharing and filtering capabilities)
• Enhanced security
• Advanced permissions (permissions can now be managed by users to provide or deny access to surveys)

We will be conducting online demo sessions of the new and improved portal on Wednesday, February 20 and Thursday, February 21. To sign up for one of these sessions, please click on the link below to select a session date and time.
