If you’re an existing client, you’re probably already aware that Decipher’s online reporting environment is
designed to provide quick and easy real-time access to all survey information via a secure portal. From the
time a survey goes into programming until it comes out of field, users have a variety of viewing, editing and
downloading capabilities:
- Change management system. Enabling access to survey proofing and editing modes prior to field.
- Real time field reports. Including click-throughs, completion rates, survey timing and detailed customized group counts as well as editable quotas.
- Online crosstab tool. Allows for creation of subgroups/banner points with multiple levels of classification based on any response to any question, or, from derived scores or groupings.
- Custom weighting capability. View/download results weighted or unweighted, in real time.
- Real time access to raw data. Available in a variety of formats.
But wait- there’s more! After many months of development Decipher’s portal has even more functionality…
- Improved Usability.
- We’ve moved from a point and click interface to drag and drop for smoother site navigation.
- Projects can now be renamed without assistance from a Decipher team member.
- Our new search functionality makes it easier than ever to find projects by just about any criteria you can define (start or finish date, project name, status, etc).
- Help buttons (anywhere you see a question mark..) are now available for on the fly assistance. Just mouse over a hot spot or question mark for more information.
- Advanced Permissions Functionality.
- New users can now be created for your account or any of your projects (by project or folder) without the assistance of a Decipher team member.
- Project folders can now be shared across teams, suppliers or clients with individual levels of access (i.e. ability to view certain reports or functionality can be customized) to provide or deny access to surveys.
- Enhanced Security.
- Our portal now utilizes HTTPS for a more secure online connection.
- Secure passwords (vs. general user defined passwords) can now be required for all new user account.
- Project Feedback System.
- Users now have the ability to give project level feedback on the services and support they received. Simply click on the stars to the right of your project name to begin rating your Decipher account management team!
