Decipher’s ASP based Feedback Management System enables users to deploy custom questions to target audiences via the Internet. This system uses a wizard-like interface which can map directly to client workflow.
FMS saves clients time by…
- Ensuring consistency across all projects
- Providing built in processes such as QA, Field Monitoring and Reporting.
- Consolidating and archiving project specific communication entirely through the system
FMS is available in both basic and enterprise versions. Following is a list of features by version.
version 1
- Survey building, with basic question types and options
- Template system that consists of copying another survey as the basis for a new survey.
- Ability to continue editing a survey that was previously opened in the builder.
- Terminate respondents at the end of a survey by displaying some HTML or going to a URL.
- Survey branding would be a standard template. Set up to be initially handled by Decipher staff.
- Dummy Data "basic". The self serve system will have the ability to run dummy data on any survey, prior to field launch, in limited form.
- Set surveys live/closed. Setting live clears the survey (test) data. Users can also clear the survey data before setting the survey to live (e.g. if a user has run dummy data and then decides to edit some more).

Quality Assurance is a vital component of our self serve tool. Decipher's goal is to help you get it right the first time, saving you time and money! Below are some of the features we’ve added to our tool to ensure that less of your time is spent in the review process.
- Ability for you to EASILY conduct a thorough review of the survey - checking logic, design and instruction consistency, spelling, grammar, and study specifications.
- Access to Decipher’s Survey Stress Test (SST) system to provide test data, allowing your team to verify the programming and check for correct distribution to quota groups that you may have specified.

- Once your survey is in field, you have the ability (via our online reporting portal) to closely monitor dropout rates and support requests to identify any potential issues early in the response period.
- Real-time field reports, including click-throughs, completion rates, survey timing and detailed, customized quota group counts. Decipher's reporting portal includes the field dashboard, survey timing report and customizable quota reports to assure close monitoring of sample completion and early alerts to any issues related to completing quotas/subgroups on the desired and often accelerated schedule.

- Real-time crosstabs, fully customizable and able to quickly slice and dice data with any level of banner point/subgroup complexity
- Run results by total or dynamically defined segments
- View results displayed by nets, means and standard deviations
- Stat testing within crosstabs based on standard or custom significance calculations
- Custom weighting capability and choice to view/download results weighted or unweighted, in real-time
- Download real-time data in SPSS, Delimited, Column Binary and fixed-width formats and view the self explanatory variable layout
