I've been trying out the new JetBrains PyCharm IDE for the last few weeks. The code base I'm working on has eight years of history, with hundreds of thousands of lines of Python and tens of thousands of lines of JavaScript, which is enough to give it a fairly good workout.

Today PyCharm prompted me for feedback and I surprised myself by how much I wrote. Then I thought this would be useful to other developers as well.
