Last
year we made the move to launch the Decipher Helpdesk. This new link
shows in the upper right of Portal and other applications within
Beacon. We made the move more recently to push questions asked in the
Knowledge base to be directed through the Helpdesk as well. For those
that haven’t seen or used this new feature, I wanted to quickly address
some reasons why and why not to use this new support option and the
potential benefits.
