We’re thrilled to announce the publication of Strategic Marketing Research: A Guide to Conducting Research that Drives Businesses by our client Dr. Anne Beall.

Strategic market research is an approach that makes a large impact on the companies that use it. This type of research drives strategic decisions such as the products and services that organizations develop, the prices they charge and what they communicate about themselves and their offerings. Dr. Anne E. Beall is president of Beall Research & Training, Inc. and has held positions at The Boston Consulting Group and National Analysts. She specializes in conducting large-scale, complex strategic studies for Fortune 500 companies. Beall received her M.S., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in social psychology from Yale University.

New Team Members
We had quite a few new additions to our team in Q1!

Korey Jenkins, James Robinson, Laurie Robertson and John Martinez all joined our Fresno team as Project Managers.

Greg Wickes joined our Fresno programming team and Kevin Ernst and Rick Flosi are the newest members of our Portland development team.

Promotions!
Matthew Dill was promoted from Account Manager to Director, Client Services in December. Laurie Smith has been promoted from Project Manager to Account Manager. Congratulations!

Other Team News!
Laurie Smith and Jennifer Levy (Mark Levy’s wife and Laurie’s sister) will be performing at Carnegie Hall on April 1 at 8pm. Laurie and Jennifer play clarinet as part of Fresno Pacific University’s Community Wind Ensemble and will be headlining the New York Band and Orchestra Festival. If you’re in the New York area, tickets can be purchased here (or you can try sweet talking Mark Levy who is bound to have an inside line on tickets…).
