Research in the age of convergence: How next generation survey methods are changing the face of research today

This session will give an overview of emerging mobile and social networking survey methods. Along with covering basics about mobile marketing and social networking sites, we’ll show how content is driving the adoption of new mobile and social networking services. This session will also cover case studies that detail how marketers are already implementing mobile and social networking marketing strategies and we’ll talk about how these strategies are impacting research methods today and into the future.
