decipher family,It’s hard to believe we’re half way through June and nearing the close of Q2! We’ve accomplished a lot in the first six months of what was predicted to be a turbulent year for our industry. From the buzz created at ARF by our presentation on interactive survey methods to the release of our Video Analyzer product and, most recently, Decipher’s recent ranking as one of Oregon’s Top 25 Technology Service Providers (go Portland office!), we’re excited about our evolution in the research and technology space. Our focus moving into Q3 is on providing our clients with greater access to information and training on Decipher’s tools and services. We’re opening up our Knowledge Base portal (previously only used internally) to our clients to give greater access to training materials in an easy to follow short video format. Knowledge Base is the hub for all of Decipher’s training activities so we hope it will serve a similar function with you and your clients. Each month we’ll be conducting two short webinars (no more than 30 minutes, we promise!). Our June 24 session will focus on “Decipher Basic Training” where we’ll give an in-depth training on our survey and reporting systems. If you’ve ever wondered how to more effectively utilize our change management system or you’re confused as to how to chart a particularly complex PPT table, this is your chance to grill a Decipher system pro with anything that may have stumped you.
