Decipher is pleased to offer our clients access to our (previously internal) Knowledge Base portal. Knowledge Base is the hub for all of Decipher’s training activities so we hope it will serve a similar function with you and your clients.

Knowledge Base includes information and training about the following Decipher tools:

Portal

  • Portal and folder overview
  • Finding your project
  • User management

Project Management

  • Survey change management
  • Field and quota management

Data Downloads

  • Data downloads overview
  • Specifics for downloading into the following file formats:
    • Tab delimited
    • SAS, Quantum and Wincross
    • Fixed width
    • SPSS
    • Excel

You can access Knowledge Base through Decipher’s reporting portal. Once you’ve logged on simply click on the “knowledge base” tab in the top right hand corner of the screen (see example below).
