The results from our Q3 Customer Satisfaction survey are in! Many thanks to those of you who participated – your feedback is invaluable as we work to improve the products and services we offer. Overall, we were pleased to see improvements in client satisfaction. Based on the feedback we’ve received in 2008, we’ll be implementing the following across our operations team in 2009:

  • We’re making a significant investment in new training programs, particularly for entry level employees who may lack previous market research experience. Our 2009 training program (which launches in January) will include an increased focus on market research principles and methods.

  • We’ve added new capabilities to our tool set for Project Managers to enable greater independence and less reliance on programmers for certain tasks (running dummy data, data cleaning tasks, etc). These enhancements mean quicker turnaround for our clients for these types of requests!
