As we head into a year filled with economic uncertainty, we’re committed more than ever to providing our clients with economical data collection solutions. From the release of our SelfSurv tool in the first quarter of 2009 (see the "Product Development" section of this newsletter for an update), to working more closely with your internal operations teams, we’re seeing less of a shift in the types of studies we field and more focus on our clients outsourcing operational elements of the research process in order to better manage overhead costs given the fluctuations the industry is experiencing in research volume.

We’re working with several of our larger clients to strategize on cost cutting measures that would allow them to reduce operational overhead while maintaining service levels and internal standards.

In addition, we’ve been actively focused on technology development that reduces time to field while improving quality in an effort to provide both our clients with more effective low cost solutions.

By focusing on improving operational efficiency (and in effect, operational costs), our clients are able to maximize their research budgets in a time when many of their competitors are unable to do so.
