Decipher’s announced the opening of our Portland, OR office in late September. The Pacific Northwest has truly become a hub for the freshest, forward thinking technical talent in the country and as such, we’re focusing our new product development efforts out of both our Fresno and Portland offices. Here’s the latest!

  • Our SelfSurv survey suite is officially in beta! SelfSurv enables clients to program and manage online surveys through an easy to use online interface. We’ve spent the last few weeks working closely with our beta testing clients (special thanks to all of you!) who are putting this new product through its paces. Our technical team is in the process of making modifications based on the initial round of beta testing feedback and we’ll enter our next beta on January 15.

  • Our dial testing survey services expand in Q1 of 2009 with the release of dial reporting. Dial testing (for those of you not familiar with this product), provides real time responses to test media by asking respondents to provide moment by moment feedback via an online "dial". The dial reporting suite gives dial testing clients the ability to view survey results (as any combination of questions or survey variables) as an overlay as the test media plays.
