Richard Collins will head up company’s Europe, the Middle East and Asia sales initiatives
London, England – Decipher, a comprehensive market research services and technology firm, today announced that Richard Collins has joined the company as director of client development for Europe, the Middle East and Asia (EMEA). In this position, he will use his 20-plus years of experience in survey research technology and sales to help the company secure new business in the EMEA regions. He will be based in London.
“Richard has exceptional technical sales experience and relationships in the EMEA,” said Kristin Luck, president of Decipher. “He is a consummate professional who will help to bring Decipher to the forefront internationally, particularly as it relates to increasing adoption of our Beacon software suite of survey and reporting tools.”
Prior to joining Decipher, Collins was the Partner and Alliance Director at Confirmit Ltd after Confirmit acquired Pulse Train in 2007. At the time of the acquisition, he was serving as Sales Director at Pulse Train. Prior to this, Collins worked for several survey software companies managing the technology interests of global research agencies and working in business development with clients across Europe, the United States, Africa, Asia and Australia.
In the United Kingdom, Collins has been involved in ventures such as being on the planning committee for the largest annual B2B-dedicated research conference (the BIG conference); advising on the development of MRQSA standards for Data Processing and for Automated Dialler Code of Practice; and has presented at several market research conferences. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Wales in Cardiff and is a full member of the Market Research Society.
