Decipher Strengthens Executive Team

Decipher names Ian Duffield Chief Operating Officer

FRESNO, Calif. - March 12, 2007 - Decipher, Inc. announced that Ian Duffield will join the company as Chief Operating Officer effective April 2, 2007. Duffield, who brings more than 30 years of technology experience to Decipher, will report to Jayme Plunkett, President. In his new role as COO, Duffield will assume responsibility for all operations including survey programming, client services, development and finance.

Instrumental in guiding the company as a board member since April 2006, Duffield will manage production and client deliverables improving efficiencies within the organization to maintain Decipher's presence as an industry leader.

Duffield joins Decipher from Famous Software, a software company specializing in software for the produce industry. At Famous Software he successfully ran software development which included design development and the delivery of new software releases. Duffield led major advances in the software development process, which resulted in significant improvements in on-time software delivery and product quality.

Prior to Famous Software, Duffield held executive level positions at Radius, Aspen Technology and Rational Software. He founded the Central Valley Software Partnership, a collaboration of local software business leaders aimed at growing the software industry in Central California.

Duffield holds a B.S. degree from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, England.
