FRESNO, Calif. - June 6, 2007 - Decipher Inc today announced it has acquired Forefront Consulting Group, a company specializing in programming and hosting, data management and custom development services for market researchers.

Effective June 1, 2007 Forefront Consulting Group will officially change its name to Decipher Inc. The Forefront team will continue to reside in the firm's Hollywood, CA office. Forefront founders, Kristin Luck and Ji Yeong Kim, will join the Decipher senior management team as President, and Senior Vice President, Data Management, respectively. The combined companies will total 52 fulltime US based employees with targeted 2007 revenue in excess of $10mm.
Decipher will be exhibiting at the Marketing Research Association's 50th Anniversary Conference in San Francisco this week. Jamin Brazil and Kristin Luck will be in attendance.
